Summer Camps at Norwich
Norwich University offers a number of residential and day summer camps for a variety of ages.
Drill Camp
The NU Drill Camp (NUDC) is a two-week camp designed for high schools students interested in extending their repertoire in military drill and ceremonies as well as developing their physical, mental, and moral character. NUDC offers:
- instruction in armed and unarmed basic drill
- Armed exhibition
- Color Guard
- Sword Manual
- Firing Parties
- Inspection
Engineering Summer Academy
Our annual week-long Engineering Summer Academy is held in mid-July each year. The camp is open only to rising high school juniors and seniors interested in pursuing engineering as a college major. Future Leader Camp
The Future Leader Camp (FLC) is a two-week residential summer program dedicated to developing the leadership potential of high school students. FLC provides participants with a challenging and meaningful adventure camp experience while building an understanding of small group leadership techniques, leadership ethics, teamwork, problem-solving and effective communication. Summer Camps for Young Athletes
