Norwich University offers a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) professional degree; professional degrees in architecture allow graduates to sit for the architectural registration exams in order to become licensed architects. Successful students receive a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies at the completion of their first four years. The Masters degree is awarded upon the successful completion of a curriculum of one calendar year. which typically spans five years plus one summer. The combined curriculum is accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB), and typically comprises five years.
